How to Enrol

1. Visa Requirements

Option 1 - Student Visa Option 2 - Visitor or Working Holiday Visa
  • For students from countries where a Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA) is not required. Send a completed enrolment form and - on receipt of invoice - appropriate fees to your GEOS Cairns representative or direct to GEOS Cairns.
  • For students from countries where the Australian Government requires a Pre-Visa Assessment.
    Apply to the Australian Embassy in your country for the PVA before enrolling with GEOS Cairns. Send completed enrolment form and appropriate fees together with your original PVA letter to GEOS Cairns representative or direct to GEOS Cairns.
    Upon receipt of these documents we shall send you a receipt and the Confirmation of Enrolment for Overseas Students (COE) Form. This form is needed for your student visa application.
  • For Visa information please see the Australian Government Immigration website or contact the Australian Embassy in your country.
  • Complete the enrolment form and send it together with the appropriate fees to your GEOS Cairns representative or direct to GEOS Cairns.
  • Upon receipt we will send you the enrolment confirmation.
  • GEOS Cairns College of English may take personal information available to the Commonwealth and State Agencies and the ESOS Assurance Fund Manager.
